Abu Obeida related that Jabir ibn
Zaid said that Anas ibn Malik said, 'Allah's Messenger (Prayers & peace be
upon him) said: "The minimum duration of menstruation is
three days, and the maximum is ten days.”'

Al-Khalili (The Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman) to the question: "Is there a
time period that determines the minimum and maximum menstruation periods?"
